Description:

  • Images that are uploaded and saved to Google Drive can be shared or posted in other places using the image URL. Examples of when you might need to do this are when you add images to Google Websites, Blogger or Google Forms.

Details:

  • Upload image to Google Drive

  • Change the Share settings:

    • Click the Share icon

    • Click on advanced

    • Change to “who has access”

    • Click: “ON-anyone with the link”

    • Click Save

    • Copy “Link to Share”

    • Paste in form, blog or website

  • TIP: If you create a folder and set the Share settings to “ON-anyone with the link”, then all the images inside that folder will inherit that setting and you would not have to change the Share setting for every image.
